Delivery/Shipping Policy

Bubble Noir provides local delivery for freshly prepared orders within the delivery areas currently offered at checkout. We do not provide nationwide parcel shipping for our prepared drinks and food.

Delivery areas and availability

Available delivery areas are shown on the online checkout page and may be updated from time to time. Selecting an area does not guarantee delivery if the address is outside the supported area, unsafe or inaccessible, or no rider is available. We will contact you if we cannot arrange delivery.

Delivery fee

The delivery fee for your selected area is displayed at checkout. It is not included in the online order total. You must pay the displayed delivery fee separately, in cash, directly to the dispatch rider when the order arrives.

Any change to the destination after ordering may change the fee or make delivery unavailable. We will tell you before dispatch if this happens.

Delivery time

Any preparation or delivery time is an estimate, not a guarantee. Timing may be affected by order volume, traffic, weather, rider availability, building access, security checks and other circumstances outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of a significant delay.

Your delivery details

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address, a working phone number, helpful directions where needed, and any access information required for the rider. Please remain reachable and available to receive the order.

Handoff and failed delivery

At handoff, confirm the customer name and order number. If the rider cannot reach you or safely access the address after reasonable attempts, the order may be returned or treated as undeliverable. Because the products are perishable, a redelivery or refund may not be available where failed delivery resulted from incorrect details or customer unavailability.

Problems with a delivery

Check the order as soon as it arrives. If it is missing an item, incorrect, damaged or unsafe to consume, contact us promptly with your order number and, where helpful, a photo. We will assess the issue under our Refund Policy.

Pickup by your own rider

If you select pickup and arrange your own dispatch rider, the order remains a pickup order. Your rider must provide the customer name and order number, and you are responsible for the rider and their fee after collection.
