This policy explains how Bubble Noir collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit our website, contact us or place an order.

Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, phone number, delivery address, order details, special instructions, feedback and messages to us.

When you use the website, we may also receive basic technical information needed to keep the service secure and working correctly. Our security controls may process an IP address temporarily to prevent abuse, but we do not store IP addresses in our optional analytics records.

How we use your information

• To receive, prepare, deliver and support your orders.
• To contact you about payment, pickup, delivery, substitutions or problems with an order.
• To keep transaction and customer-service records, prevent fraud and protect our website.
• To improve our menu, service and customer experience.
• To send marketing messages only where you have asked for them or where the law permits. You may opt out at any time.

Payments

Card payments are processed securely by Paystack. Bubble Noir does not receive or store your full card number, CVV or card PIN. We may keep transaction references, payment status and the amount paid so that we can confirm orders and resolve payment issues.

Cookies and optional analytics

We use necessary browser storage to remember your cookie choice and support features you ask to use. Optional first-party analytics remain off unless you choose “Allow anonymous analytics” in our cookie notice.

If you consent, we create a random anonymous browser identifier and a random session identifier. We may then record pages viewed, menu and product interest, cart additions, checkout starts, order submission, payment method and payment outcome, pickup or delivery preference, and the selected delivery area. We do not put your name, phone number, delivery address, card information, bank details or payment credentials in analytics.

Analytics information is stored by Bubble Noir for up to 13 months and is shown to authorised administrators only as combined trends and totals. We do not use it for advertising, cross-site tracking or customer profiling, and we do not share it with advertising networks.

You can accept, decline or change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings button on the website. Withdrawing consent removes the analytics identifiers from your browser and stops future optional analytics. Information already collected remains anonymous and is deleted under the retention period above.

When information is shared

We share only what is reasonably needed with service providers that help us operate, such as payment processors, website and communications providers, and delivery riders. A rider may receive your name, phone number, address and order information needed to complete delivery.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law, to respond to a lawful request, or to protect customers, Bubble Noir and the public.

Storage and security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We retain information only for as long as needed for orders, customer support, accounting, legal obligations and legitimate business records.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or object to certain uses, subject to applicable Nigerian law and any records we must retain. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change. The latest version and its effective date will always appear on this page.
