These terms apply when you use the Bubble Noir website or place an order with us. By submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on this website.

Orders and acceptance

Please check your items, size, modifiers, fulfilment method, contact details and delivery address before submitting an order. An order is not accepted for preparation until the required payment has been received and confirmed by Bubble Noir.

We may contact you if an item is unavailable or if we need to clarify your order. We may decline or cancel an order where payment is not confirmed, information is incomplete, an item is unavailable, the order appears fraudulent, the store is closed, or fulfilment is not reasonably possible.

Prices and payment

Menu prices are shown in Nigerian naira and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. The website calculates the order total from current menu prices and selected options. We may correct an obvious pricing or description error before accepting an order.

Online orders may be paid using the payment methods shown at checkout. Card payments are handled by Paystack. For bank transfers, preparation starts after our staff confirms receipt. A delivery fee shown at checkout is separate from the online order total and is paid in cash to the dispatch rider on delivery.

Menu, allergens and availability

Our products are prepared to order. Images are illustrative and the finished product may vary slightly. Menu items, ingredients, prices, promotions and availability may change without notice.

If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, contact us before ordering. Although we take reasonable care, products are prepared in an environment where allergens may be present and we cannot guarantee complete absence of cross-contact.

Pickup and delivery

Pickup orders must be collected from Bubble Noir at the location shown during checkout. Delivery is available only to areas offered at checkout and is governed by our Delivery/Shipping Policy. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and fulfilment information and being available to receive the order.

Cancellations and refunds

Because drinks and food are made to order and are perishable, a cancellation cannot be guaranteed once preparation has started. Refund eligibility is explained in our Refund Policy.

Promotions and website use

Promotions may have separate conditions, dates, channels or product restrictions and may be withdrawn where permitted by law. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with ordering, or submit false or fraudulent information.

Liability and applicable law

Nothing in these terms excludes any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Bubble Noir is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We encourage customers to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern promptly.
